Itavie Inc. offers for sale commemorative QR codes that provide access to a customizable commemorative page. The following terms govern the purchase of products on the Itavie Inc. website.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By placing an order, the customer unconditionally accepts these terms of sale, terms of use, and privacy policies. It is recommended to carefully read these terms before creating a profile.
PRODUCTS
The products offered on this website are available for sale exclusively in Canada. The purchase of an Itavie QR code provides access to a unique link directing to a commemorative page hosted by Itavie Inc. This page may contain up to thirty (30) photographs, one (1) video link, and one (1) condolence book.
If Itavie Inc. ceases to host the commemorative page, the user will be granted the opportunity to download a copy of the page to store and host it on another platform of their choice. Itavie is committed to guaranteeing a minimum hosting period of 20 years on its website.
AVAILABILITY
Product availability may vary, and some items may become unavailable. In such cases, Itavie Inc. reserves the right to cancel an order and will issue a refund as soon as possible. The customer expressly releases Itavie Inc. from any liability for damages arising from the cancellation of their order.
ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance by Itavie Inc. and depend on product availability. Order confirmation by Itavie Inc. does not constitute final acceptance but confirms that the order has been received.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
