Refund and Return Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, Itavie offers a thirty (30) day return policy with a satisfaction guarantee or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or does not match the original order. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
